Soya Chunks is rich source of protein and fibre. It is an excellent source replacement for the proteins normally acquired in chicken, eggs and fish (excellent for my vegetarian friends).

It is a simple side dish recipe and goes well with fried rice or hakka noodles.

For this recipe you will require
Soya Chunks - 1 cup

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10-15 mins, squeeze the water and keep aside.

In a bowl add soya chunks, all purpose flour, salt, ginger garlic paste,
corn starch and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan and deep/shallow fry the soya chunks.

Transfer it into a plate covered with tissue paper so that all the oil is drained

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic, onions, salt, slit green chillies and saute it.

Add vinegar, dark soya sauce, red chilly paste, pepper and red chilly flakes.
