Winter clothing for me is all about deep dark hues and layering. Even though Mumbai isn't really blessed with "winter weather" I do indulge in deep colors and light layering.

I recently visited ANSH Design Studio to style some of their collections. I was instantly drawn to this formal maroon dress (who said office wear needs to be boring!). The maroon color definitely elevated this dress from being just another office wear. 

As much as I love power suits and western wear, I love myself a good six yard saree, especially draping the hand loom elegance.

One of my oldest and closet friends recently got married. It is so emotionally overwhelming to see your best friend enter a beautiful phase of her life with the love of her life. I was so darn excited for her wedding and all the pre-wedding ceremonies.

Her sangeet was nothing less than an extravagant affair. I had worn this Anarkali dress from Westside stores. What I like about this dress is that it has just the right amount of opulence and is not very restrictive for a sangeet function, so girl you could be dancing all night!


I like dresses that are minimalist so one can dress them up or down depending ob the occasion. Here I accessorized it with a maang tikka, gold chunky earrings and a clutch.

Hey Guys! It's December and I am so excited for Christmas. My neighbour, who celebrates christmas bakes me the yummiest plum cake! I look forward to it every Christmas morning #blessthyneighbours.

So keeping in mind the Christmas season I am coming up with recipes which are easy to make and which don't require you to slave in the kitchen for hours. The other day I baked these Chocolate eclairs and it turned out pretty well.
