Raw Energy Bars (Dates and Coconut)

These Dates and coconut energy bars are perfect for your midnight cravings, on the go snacks, post workout Food, healthy desserts. These are easy to make, less messy and light on the wallet too! 

The best part, you can play around with the ingredients as per your taste, preference and the texture desired by you!




You will need:
20 Pitted Dates
10 - 12 Cashews
3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
10 - 12 Almonds
1/2 cup Shredded Coconut 
2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
2-3 tbsp Water


 In a Food processor, add dates, Cashews, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Almonds. Pulse the mixture until coarsely chopped.

Add Coconut, Vanilla extract and slowly add water until the mixture gets moist.



Place this mixture in any container / Baking Dish. Let it rest in the fridge for an hour or until so you can cut them in square shapes.







I wrapped them in Parchment paper. These make as great edible gifts for friends/ families who prefer healthy lifesytle! Just tie it with Strings and it's done!
